1. Order Processing Excellence
- Verification Window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
- Operational Hours: Processing occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be initiated on the following business day.
- High Volume Notification: During product launches or peak seasons, if there is a minor delay, our team will proactively notify you via email.
2. Global & Domestic Coverage
- Domestic (India): We provide comprehensive coverage across all pin codes in India.
- International: SAPIXCO offers worldwide shipping to over 150+ countries, subject to local regulations and courier availability.

4. Shipping Costs & International Duties
- Dynamic Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and the destination.
- Import Duties: For international shipments, any Customs Duties, Taxes, or Import Fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your SAPIXCO gadget is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:
- A unique Tracking Number.
- A direct link to our courier partner’s real-time monitoring portal.
6. Accuracy & Delivery Responsibilities
- Address Precision: Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. SAPIXCO is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect address inputs.
- Re-delivery: If a shipment is returned to us due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional re-shipping fees will apply.
7. Handling Transit Issues
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at info@sapixco.in with evidence.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with our global logistics partners to investigate and provide a resolution as per our internal security protocols.
8. Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your tech as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers at no extra cost to you.
